About the Role:

Inspire Network Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, is looking for a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Vadapalani. We are open to hiring motivated Freshers with technical knowledge, as well as Experienced professionals who can handle statutory compliance and billing independently.

Key Responsibilities:

For Freshers:

• Maintaining day-to-day accounts in Tally.
• Assisting in data entry and documentation.
• Supporting the senior accountant in routine office tasks.

For Experienced Candidates (Additional Responsibilities):

• Taxation: Independent handling of GST Filing and TDS Filing.
• Income Tax: Assisting in or handling ITR Filing.
• Billing: Raising professional Invoice Bills for clients/tenants.
• Payroll Compliance: Handling PF (Provident Fund) Filing and contributions.
• Receivables: Regular follow-ups for Payment Collection and maintaining aging reports.
• Banking: Bank reconciliation and handling petty cash.
• Candidate Requirements:Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related field.
• Software Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Experience: 0 to 4 years (Salary will be commensurate with experience).
• Language: Proficiency in Tamil and Basic English.
• Traits: Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to meet deadlines.
