Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Male Candidate Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Processing Tax Payments & Returns

Assist in preparing and submitting various tax payments and statutory returns.

Financial & Audit Support

Provide support during internal and external audits.

Assist with financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.

Bookkeeping / Maintaining Books of Accounts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Handle data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

GST Return Filing

Prepare, verify, and file GST returns within specified deadlines.

Income Tax Return Filing

Assist in preparing and filing income tax returns for individuals or the organization.

TDS Filing

Prepare TDS statements, ensure timely filing, and maintain related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidate preferred.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is an added advantage
