Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Account Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will assist in managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in accounting and finance. 6 month Intership will be provided for freshers and after 6 month job confirmation will be given to the elegible candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense reports
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in GST/TDS documentation and statutory compliance (if applicable)
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and vouchers
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data
• Assist senior accountants during audits and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience welcome
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred)
