Account Executive (Accounting)

Maintain and record daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipt, payment) in accounting software.

Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.

Maintain customer and supplier ledger accounts accurately.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for customer payments and collections.

Handle accounts payable and schedule payments to suppliers on time.

Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and verify bank transactions regularly.

Maintain cash book and petty cash records.

Verify and record company expenses with proper bills and approvals.

Assist in preparing GST reports and ensure proper tax documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.

Coordinate with sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for billing and stock-related accounts.

Maintain proper financial documents and records for audit purposes.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.

Ensure accuracy in all financial records and compliance with company policies.

Assist management in financial analysis and cost control activities.
