Account Executive (Accounting)

Job description:

·         Generate invoices and billing statements accurately and in a timely manner and invoices dispatch to the customer.

·         Ensure accuracy of billing data, including rates, discounts and taxes (GST)

·         Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and accounting to ensure timely and accurate billing

·         Prepare reports on billing activities, including revenue and payment collections

·         Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to inquiries about billing

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication skills in English
