Account Executive (Accounting)

Role Purpose : To manage centralized inventory, billing, and accounts for WaffMello outlets and franchises, ensuring accurate stock flow, timely billing, and disciplined financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage godown stock for all outlets

• Maintain purchase and vendor bills

• Prepare weekly stock billing and dispatch

• Coordinate stock deliveries to outlets

• Handle outlet accounts and monthly reports

• Track expenses, salaries, and payments

• Support outlet operations through basic audits, follow-ups, and

coordination
