Job SummaryKalyani Motors is hiring a detail-oriented Account Executive for our Egmore branch. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of sales invoice processing and purchase entries in Tally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process sales invoices accurately in Tally
• Record and maintain purchase entries in Tally
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in GST filing
• Support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
• Required Qualifications & SkillsB.Com or relevant degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of GST & taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Salary & BenefitsGross Salary: ₹22,000 per month
• Fixed Incentive: ₹2,000 per month
• Other benefits as per company policy
