Accountant

Job Title: Accountant – Operations

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily transactions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts, cash flow, and financial records
• Handle billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Manage GST filing and compliance
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements
• Handle vendor payments and staff payroll
• Monitor inventory costs and wastage reports
• Coordinate with auditors when required

• Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control is a plus

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
