Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Manage invoice processing and verification
• Follow up on payment recovery from customers and maintain aging reports
• Prepare and verify Delivery Challans and related documentation
• Maintain and record Cash Vouchers and petty cash transactions
• Handle Accounts Payables including vendor payments and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate entries in Zoho Books and company ERP system
• Prepare detailed Excel reports (MIS, receivables, payables, cash flow, etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related queries
• Assist in audit preparation and statutory compliance activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of BRS, receivables, and payables management
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
• Good communication skills for payment follow-ups
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
