- Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping
- Bookkeeping: Recording daily financial transactions.
- Supplier invoice accounting and payment
- Customer invoices and payment follow up
- Accounting for all expenses and accruals
- Financial Statements: Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconciliation: Ensuring that accounts payable and receivable are accurate
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, which include:
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of sales, purchases, and GST transactions.
- Filing GST Returns: Timely filing of returns is crucial to avoid penalties.
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) Management: Track and claim eligible ITC to reduce tax liabilities.
- Compliance and Auditing
- Tax Compliance: Calculating taxes owed and preparing tax returns.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring financial records comply with laws and regulations.
- Auditing: Conducting internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial information.
- Financial Analysis and Advisory
- Budgeting: Preparing budget forecasts and monitoring cash flow.
- Logistics Accounting and Documentation
- Ensure all documents related to export and import and maintained properly
- To support with documentations on the need basis
