Compulsory knowledge and Skills Needed: 

TDS taxation

GST Taxation and Reconcilation of GST Purchases with return filling knowledge

Income Tax related knowledge

Should be able to manage accounts team

Accounting software is relating to SAP cum ERP(we don't use Tally)

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Recording: Managing, organizing, and maintaining all accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Reconciliation & Compliance: Reconciling accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulations, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Analysis & Budgeting: Analyzing financial data to identify risks, improvements, and cost-saving opportunities, alongside preparing budget forecasts.
• Audit Preparation: Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure accuracy. Workable +7

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, high ethical standards, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent preferred. Workable +4
