✅ Job Description – Accounts & Tax Filing Executive

Position: Accounts & Tax Filing Executive

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur)

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Maintaining day-to-day accounting entries

✔ Handling purchase, sales, bank, and cash book entries

✔ Preparing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)

✔ Filing TDS returns, advance tax calculations & reconciliation

✔ Assisting in ITR filing – Individual, Partnership, Company

✔ Ledger scrutiny & monthly account reconciliation

✔ Preparing financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet

✔ Coordinating with auditors for year-end finalization

✔ Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel

✔ Documentation & compliance follow-up with clients

•Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• GST, TDS & Income Tax knowledge

• Good Excel and Tally skills

• Attention to detail and time management

• Good communication for client support
