Job Description
- Financial Reporting: Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Record Maintenance: Reconciling bank accounts, managing general ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial data.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensuring compliance with government regulations and filing annual tax returns.
- Auditing: Conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions.
- Purchasing Operations: Review inventory, create purchase orders, and process requisitions based on company needs.
- Supplier Management: Research, evaluate, and select vendors, negotiating contracts for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Logistics & Quality Control: Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and inspect received goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, and inventory levels in databases.
