📌 Job Opening – Accounts cum Admin Executive
📍 Location: Chennai / Urapakkam

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Accounts:
Tally entries, BRS, cash & bank management
Sales & purchase entries with GST/HSN codes & e-way bills
GST & TDS compliance, monthly filings & audit support
Bookkeeping & month-end reporting
Accounts Payable & Receivable management
Invoicing, pre-payment processing & cash flow handling
Fixed Asset management & IT finalization support
Cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting
Taxation knowledge & financial reporting
Administration:
Office administration & vendor coordination
Maintaining records, petty cash & documentation
Staff attendance monitoring & payroll process support
🔹 Requirements
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Admin)
Experience: 1–6 years in accounts & administration
Skills: Tally ERP, Excel, GST/TDS knowledge, bookkeeping, admin coordination
