We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our vegetable supply and food supply business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain compliance, and support smooth financial management of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Maintain ledger entries, cash book, and bank reconciliation
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial controls
• Maintain stock and inventory records in coordination with operations team
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Support audit and documentation processes
• Travel locally (10–20 kms per day) to manage branch locations, suppliers, or banks as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance (preferably in trading, vegetable supply, or food supply business)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily financial operations
• Willingness and ability to travel locally (10–20 kms daily)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in supply chain, wholesale, or food distribution business
• Valid driving license (if required for travel)
