Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting activities along with general office administration work. The candidate should be proficient in accounting software and capable of managing office tasks efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and records
• Handle purchase and sales entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and bills
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in GST filing and compliance
• Maintain stock and inventory records
• Work on Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
• Office Administration:Handle office documentation and filing
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and staff
• Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Support purchase and dispatch activities
• Maintain office records and reports
• Assist in general office operations
• Required Skills:Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
