Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally (data entry, ledger posting, journal entries, etc.)
• Handle e-Invoicing, e-Way bills, and ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, monitor payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries as required
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations
• Support management with any ad-hoc business and administrative tasks related to finance and accounting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with GST filings, e-invoice generation, and banking operations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
