Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: invoicing,Accounting Responsibilities:Maintain books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Prepare expense reports and cost analysis
- Maintain vouchers, bills, and supporting documents
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Taxation Responsibilities:Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Ensure GST compliance and reconciliation
- Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
- Handle Income Tax returns (ITR filing)
- Maintain tax records and documentation
- Handle tax notices and departmental queries
- Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues
- Stay updated with tax laws and amendments
- Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Proficiency in zoho book, ERP, and MS Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Time management and deadline-oriented
