Accounts Cum Logistics Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with logistics coordination. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling dispatch, billing, and stock coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts:Maintain daily accounts and record financial transactions
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain purchase and sales entries
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash book
• Assist in GST filing and documentation
• Work on Tally / Excel for accounting records

Logistics:

• Prepare delivery challans and transport documents
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors
• Maintain stock records and inventory reports

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally preferred)
• MS Excel knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multitasking
