Accounts Executive

An Automobile Accounts Executive manages day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance (GST/TDS) for car dealerships or service centers. Key duties include reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing monthly financial reports, and calculating sales incentives. This role typically requires a B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance, 1–4 years of experience, and proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP systems. 

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger scrutiny.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, and verify accounts payable and receivable.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Compliance & Taxation: Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Sales Incentives: Compute sales incentive schemes for sales staff and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to manage vehicle receivables, dealer plates, and loan agreements.
