Accounts Executive

• Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Perform data entry of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist in preparation and processing of invoices and vouchers
• Handle basic accounting functions using Tally
• Work on MS Excel for reporting, record maintenance and reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of basic financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting-related activities
• Travel within Chennai for client visits as required (travel allowance provided)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with basic accounting standards
• Show willingness to learn and explore opportunities in the accounting industry and firm setup

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Basic working knowledge of Tally
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within Chennai
• Interest in building a career in an Accounting Firm environment
