Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting & Reporting

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting using Tally Prime.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets, providing variance analysis and commentary to management.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, daily sales reconciliation, and petty cash management across all outlets.

2. Costing, Inventory & F&B Focus

• Monitor and reconcile purchase accounts with Goods Received Notes (GRN) and vendor invoices.
• Manage inter-branch transfer accounting (from central kitchen to outlets).

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and laws.
• Handle payroll processing and related statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Profession Tax).

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree (M.Com/MBA Finance).
• Experience: [Specify years, e.g., 5+ years] of progressive accounting experience, with at least [Specify years, e.g., 2 years] in the Restaurant, Hotel, or F&B industry
• Technical Expertise (Mandatory): Expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime for accounting, inventory, and statutory functions.

• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
