Accounts Manager

Managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, preparing reports, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. This role involves handling accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, budgeting, auditing, tax preparation, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Recording & ReportingMaintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and customer accounts.
• Ensure timely settlement of dues and receivables.
• Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and provide insights for improvement.
• Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Financial AnalysisAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Support cost control initiatives and process improvements.
• Software & ToolsUse accounting software such as Tally
• Maintain data accuracy and generate digital financial reports.
