Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Trainee to assist the finance team with daily accounting tasks. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining financial records using Tally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment entries, and receipts.
• Support in vendor payment tracking and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and vouchers.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment updates.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Tally software.
• Understanding of Payables and Receivables processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Preferred QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / Finance-related degree (or pursuing).
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of accounting experience can apply.
