Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors professionally
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Maintain and update patient files and medical records
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment records
- Manage phone calls, emails, and internal communication
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Support hospital administration in daily operational tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any discipline preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of hospital or clinic operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
