Job Description
The Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations to support electrical testing and commissioning projects, site teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, documentation, and filing related to testing & commissioning projects
- Prepare and maintain project documents such as work orders, test reports, invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence
- Coordinate with site engineers for manpower deployment, attendance, and timesheets
- Handle gate pass requests, ID proofs, medical certificates, and site entry formalities
- Maintain records of tools, testing equipment, calibration certificates, and asset registers
- Assist in billing, follow-ups on payments, and basic accounts coordination
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for administrative support
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for site engineers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety documentation, and client requirements
- Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination, employee records, and payroll inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Electrical background preferred)
- Experience in admin or coordination role (experience in electrical or project-based companies is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Basic understanding of electrical project documentation is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
