Job Description

We are seeking a persuasive and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our travel team. The successful candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls and assist with ticket bookings in our portal. A passion for travel and the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Answering inquiries from prospective customers about destinations, pricing, and schedules.

- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

- Maintaining a calm and polite demeanour, even when dealing with challenging customers or facing repeated rejections.

- Managing a high volume of calls while staying organized with follow-ups.

- Collecting feedback from customers to assess their travel experiences and obtain ratings.
