Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support internal teams with coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
  • Handle vendor coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchase requirements
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications
  • Support HR in attendance tracking and basic employee coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and utilities
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and administrative data as required
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by management and ensure timely completion

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
  • Ability to manage vendors and internal teams effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Any degree / diploma in administration or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles
