Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communications, and office procedures. Acting as a central point of contact, this role supports multiple departments, maintains organized records, and facilitates efficient workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle internal and external communications (emails, calls, correspondence).
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and staff coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Liaise between departments, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and guide junior administrative staff when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administration or office coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
