MOOGSOFT JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Location Noida/ChennaiWho We Are Looking for And Requirements - Previous experience providing technical support and Consulting for Moogsoft or similar tool. Customer service skills - You are personable and communicative via voice and text with technical and non-technical people. You enjoy solving customer issues. Summary Perform a consulting / Technical role with leadership in both business and application development to drive best in class technology solutions. Act as a subject matter expert providing the vision and strategy for functional application domain architecture. Develop in-depth assessments which validate specific technology and architecture directions as appropriate for business solutions. Act as the subject matter expert for the functional domain to address application integration and infrastructure framework related questions. Coordinate with other architects and technical SMEs to drive best practices and overall architectural consistency. Work with vendors to understand emerging technologies, technical and functional roadmaps, and applicability to the environment. -Attend meetings with customers to review status of open or escalated issues, and you will provide status as needed. -You have solid experience with RHEL/CentOS and are not afraid of the command line or basic system administration. -Familiar with MySQL and can construct basic SQL queries. -Knowledge of some of the following: Nginx, Apache Tomcat, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, REST, JSON, TCP/IP Networking, JavaJVM. -Self-starter who is motivated by success and can manage time effectively. -Will be required to work outside normal business hours and on weekends as required. Requirements 4 9 year experience in tools/infrastructure domain -Solid scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript(must), Shell script, Perl script) -Previous work on event management tools like Splunk, Truesight and Netcool is preferable -RabbitMQ, Apache tomcat, Mysql and elastic search knowledge is preferable -Strong working knowledge of elementary tools and ITSM tools along with CMDB -Good understanding of Monitoring Tools like Zabbix, Solarwinds and dashboards like Grafana -Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment -Sound knowledge and experience in creating HLDs and LLDs -Experience with security best practices in server configuration, tool development, and access controls -Development/Testing background would be an added advantage
