Admission Counselor / Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Perumbakkam, Chennai

Salary:
Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Female Admission Counselor / Telecaller to handle student enquiries and convert leads into admissions for our education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Call student enquiry leads and explain course details
Follow up regularly and convert leads into admissions
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel
Coordinate with counseling and academic team
Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Tamil fluency mandatory
Basic English communication
Minimum 0–2 years telecalling / sales experience
Freshers with strong communication can apply
Target-oriented mindset
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday working (Not mandatory / rotational)
