Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Blue Yonder Solution Architect (Manager level) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise supply chain solutions with a primary focus on Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (WMS) and Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-performing BY solutions and will serve as a strategic advisor to clients on their digital supply chain transformation journey. Roles & Responsibilities: - Architect and lead end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder WMS, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and other upstream/downstream systems. - Provide architectural oversight and best practices in deploying Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning solutions, including demand and supply planning modules. - Conduct solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable and integrated architectures. - Develop and maintain detailed architecture documents including functional, technical, and integration blueprints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and partners) to ensure solution alignment and delivery excellence. - Guide technical teams during the build, test, and deployment phases to ensure adherence to the architectural vision. - Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and estimation activities. - Mentor junior consultants and architects, promoting knowledge sharing and capability development Preferred Qualifications: -Blue Yonder certifications in WMS and/or ESP. - Experience with the Blue Yonder Luminate Platform or cloud-based deployments. - Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies. - Exposure to multi-region/global rollouts. Additional Information: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 12–17 years of total experience, with a strong focus on supply chain systems architecture.- - Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder solutions, including both - Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (BY WMS) - Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (BY ESP) - Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory control) and planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, and replenishment). - Experience with system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS, etc.) and data flow design. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric approach. - Strong leadership capabilities to manage architecture across large-scale transformation programs
