TSummary: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: 1 to 2years of experience in Technical Production Minimum 1-year experience in handling Audio / Video devices to manage event production Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent Excellent written communication skills with email etiquette Fundamental Technical know-how on system trouble shooting Ready to learn new technologies Technical Experience: Should be able coordinate and supervise all aspects of a production event, from the creative to the administrative Should be able to oversee and take care of all elements of pre-production, production, and post-production work Technologist to identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action viz resolves or assigns the issue to right assignment group Technologist to respond to the Customer queries predominantly through Voice Interaction and through email, chat.
