Architect

The Architect will be responsible for end-to-end design development, coordination with internal teams, vendors, and site execution to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential interiors
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
• Work closely with site teams, carpenters, and vendors for smooth execution
• Conduct site visits to ensure drawings are executed as planned
• Resolve design and execution challenges proactively
• Support value engineering without compromising design intent

• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in residential interiors or modular furniture projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp/3Ds Max (preferred)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
