Job Description
1. Architectural Design
- Prepare 2D plans and layout drawings
- Develop 3D elevation and presentation drawings
- Create working drawings for site execution
- Optimize design for cost efficiency and space utilization
- Modify designs as per client requirements
2. Technical Drawings
- Prepare:
- Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Electrical Layout
- Plumbing Layout
- Staircase details
- Door Window schedules
3. Site Coordination
- Visit site regularly
- Guide site engineers on drawings
- Ensure work matches drawings
- Solve site technical issues
- Coordinate with structural engineer
4. Client Handling
- Meet clients for design discussions
- Explain plans and elevations
- Make design revisions
- Support client approvals
5. Approvals & Documentation
- Prepare drawings for:
- Corporation approval
- CMDA / DTCP approval
- Submit required documents
- Coordinate with approval consultants
6. Software Skills Required
Must Know:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp or Revit
- MS Office
Preferred:
- Lumion / Vray / Enscape
- Photoshop
