Architect Design

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading execution of architectural projects across sectors. Ensures functionality,

aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance in all design stages, coordinating between internal

teams, consultants, and clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Prepare design deliverables (concepts, layouts, drawings, details).
2. Coordinate with consultants for integrated, clash-free design.
3. Lead development/release of GFC drawings; clarify site queries.
4. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical justifications.
5. Support project approvals through submission drawings.
6. Identify risks and propose value engineering options.
7. Guide junior architects and CAD technicians

Technical Skills: Conceptual / Schematic Drawings/Construction Methods Understanding/Engineering Knowledge/Interdisciplinary Knowledge/Interpretation of Contracts/Interpretation of Technical Drawings/Market Analysis/Material Planning & Specification Management/Regulatory Compliance - Design and Execution/Schematic Design/Spatial Planning/Value Engineering

3–7 years in architectural design and detailing. 

B.Arch (Mandatory), Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Sustainable Design – Preferred
