Architects

The Architect shall have a passion for Innovation and have good presentation, interpersonal skills and convincing skills. Be able to collaborate with multiple consultants and site teams for providing value engineering solutions. 

 

The architect shall have very good knowledge in Statutory Norms of the country, Construction detailing, updated with the advancements in construction technology & building materials, specifications and understanding of project cost. Have expertise in design, detailing and review of large-scale projects from concept to commissioning. Demonstrate excellent understanding and interface with other disciplines such as Structure, MEP, Multi-disciplinary engineering co-ordination as well as site Co-ordination. Also be adept to review of design and deliverables in BIM.

 

Be able to understand the technical details and provide value engineering options and alternatives that would save time, cost as well as solutions for complicated construction requirements. Be able to identify potential issues and provide solutions for the same. 

 

Shall be positioned in the design office In HQ Chennai and shall travel for project purposes which include client meeting, consultant workshops and site co-ordination
