Area Head - Procure to Pay (PTP) Operations

Area Head, PTP

Has responsibility for managing a team with given process scope
(Scanning, OCR, invoice processing). Might be segregated according to
geography and or sub process. Typically manages multiple team leaders.

Oversees processing of incoming invoices and payment to vendors, on
basis of predefined priorities.
Has responsibility for workforce management to ensure that required
resources are available to process payments as per due date.
Oversees exception management, in case of urgent processing
requirements.
Engages with peers in clusters, centre and GSC, to align requirements,
dependencies and performance.
