Area Legal Manager

  •  To handle shortfall cases which are write off using various legal tools
  •  Filing of EP’s
  • Filing of Police Complaints in NPA
  • Obtain warrant and execution
  • Resolution of cases which flow in NPA
  • Handle a team of Legal officer & take help for Collection team for resolution.
  • Handle Legal cases for the are
  • Handle a team of Legal officer & Branch Legal Managers

To ensure settlements are handled for Commercial vehicle customers which are diligent and repayment is not happening in that customer sourced.
