Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential business clients (companies, decision-makers)

  • Research industries, markets, and competitors
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

🔹 2. Client Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with clients

  • Understand client business needs and challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor, not just a seller
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement

🔹 3. Sales Presentations & Product DemonstrationPresent products/services tailored to client needs

  • Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Highlight ROI (Return on Investment) and business value
  • Customize solutions for each client

🔹 4. Negotiation & Closing DealsPrepare proposals, quotations, and contracts

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements
  • Handle objections and concerns professionally
  • Close deals while ensuring profitability

🔹 5. Account ManagementManage existing client accounts

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle renewals and long-term contracts

🔹 6. Market & Competitor AnalysisStay updated on industry trends

  • Analyze competitor offerings and pricing
  • Identify new opportunities for growth
  • Provide feedback to marketing/product teams

🔹 7. Sales Reporting & Target AchievementMeet monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain CRM records (leads, deals, interactions)
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Track KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, pipeline health)

🔹 8. Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork with marketing for campaigns and leads

  • Coordinate with product/service teams for delivery
  • Align with finance/legal for contracts and payments
