Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential business clients (companies, decision-makers)
- Research industries, markets, and competitors
- Use tools like LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
🔹 2. Client Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client business needs and challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a seller
- Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement
🔹 3. Sales Presentations & Product DemonstrationPresent products/services tailored to client needs
- Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations
- Highlight ROI (Return on Investment) and business value
- Customize solutions for each client
🔹 4. Negotiation & Closing DealsPrepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements
- Handle objections and concerns professionally
- Close deals while ensuring profitability
🔹 5. Account ManagementManage existing client accounts
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Handle renewals and long-term contracts
🔹 6. Market & Competitor AnalysisStay updated on industry trends
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing
- Identify new opportunities for growth
- Provide feedback to marketing/product teams
🔹 7. Sales Reporting & Target AchievementMeet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records (leads, deals, interactions)
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Track KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, pipeline health)
🔹 8. Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork with marketing for campaigns and leads
- Coordinate with product/service teams for delivery
- Align with finance/legal for contracts and payments
