Role Overview:
The Area Relationship Executive is a field-based sales role critical to our direct customer acquisition strategy. You will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business by engaging potential customers door-to-door within a designated territory. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter with proven experience in B2C sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the resilience to thrive in a challenging yet highly rewarding environment. Your primary goal is to acquire new customers and build a strong pipeline for future business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven Experience: Freshers or Minimum of 1 years of successful experience in a B2C field sales role, with a strong preference for direct sales experience.
· Superior Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to engage strangers confidently and persuasively.
· Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for helping people and solving their problems with your product/service.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is often required.
