Role: Residential Plot Sales Executive | NoBroker

About the Role:

The Residential Plot Sales Executive will be responsible for driving plot sales through effective lead

generation, site visits, customer engagement, and end-to-end deal closure. The role requires a

strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build trust with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong sales funnel for residential plot sales through various lead generation

channels, including local partnerships, referrals, and on-ground networking.

• Own the entire sales cycle, from lead acquisition to site visits to final closure – ensuring high

conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

• Identify and implement multiple lead generation strategies to build a consistent and high-quality

sales pipeline.

• Conduct regular market mapping to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and market

demand trends.

• Drive targeted campaigns and follow-ups to maximize qualified lead conversion.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, documentation, and post-sale

support.

• Provide periodic sales reports and performance insights to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or land/plot sales.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-relationship skills.

• Ability to manage site visits and on-ground customer interactions.

• Familiarity with local market trends and competitor landscape.

• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing deals.

• Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends when required.Key Competencies:
