Area Sales Manager – 2-Wheeler EV Segment

Who We’re Looking For:

We're hiring dynamic and self-driven professionals with 6–10 years of experience in the 2-wheeler automobile industry, specifically with hands-on exposure in the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.

This is an individual contributor role—ideal for someone who thrives in the field, owns their region, and can independently drive dealer development and network expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout, identify, and onboard dealers in untapped markets
• Lead the entire dealer development lifecycle—from location identification to onboarding and operations
• Personally handle field execution; this is a hands-on, solo role
• Expand COCO (Company-Owned) and DODO (Dealer-Owned) outlets
• Ensure seamless integration and performance of new dealerships

What You Must Bring:

• 6–10 years of strong sales experience in the 2-wheeler automobile industry
• Recent, relevant experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) space

Proven ability in:

• Dealer appointment & network development

• Channel sales in new territories

• Ownership of on-ground sales execution
