Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target hotels within the FMCG sector, with the aim of increasing market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, understanding market trends, and staying updated on industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within hotels, including general managers, purchasing managers, and executive chefs.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships with hotel clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with client needs and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activities and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand the client network.
  • Provide input and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry and specifically targeting the hotel segment.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
