Area Sales Manager-Alternate Channel

Position: Area Sales Manager – DCS

Department: Sales

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5 to 8 years (preferably in Channel Sales / Alternate Channel Sales)

Qualification: Graduate

Industry Preference: NBFC / Housing Finance / Banking or other Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Channel Sales independently (CSC, India Post Digital Leads, etc.).

• Identify and develop business opportunities through Alternate Channel Partners.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.

• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of channel partners, including corporate partners.

• Maintain productivity and achieve deliverables by identifying and developing new business partners.

• Create a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and business development.

• Establish and strengthen relationships with builders and developers for new projects and expansion initiatives.
