Position: Sales Executive – Switchgear Division

Experience: 1–2 years in channel sales (Electrical/Switchgear segment preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹3–4 LPA


Key Responsibilities:

 Support the implementation of channel sales plans in the switchgear segment.

 Assist in onboarding and coordination with dealers, distributors, and channel

partners.

 Help achieve regional sales targets through follow-ups, market visits, and customer

support.

 Conduct basic market research and assist in tracking competitor activity.

 Maintain healthy relationships with channel partners through timely communication

and support.

 Work with the marketing team on product promotions, dealer meets, and field events.

 Monitor partner stock levels and assist in ensuring smooth order processing and

collections.

 Utilize CRM tools and Excel for sales tracking and reporting.


Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).

 1–2 years of experience in channel sales or electrical product sales.

 Basic understanding of the electrical/switchgear market is a plus.

 Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

 Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

 Willingness to travel as required to support dealers and partners.
