Job Responsibilities:
• Supports business reviews occurring on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing detailed data and insights to help in decision-making and strategy, and ensuring that all reviews are comprehensive and actionable.
• Adheres to established procedures and practices while working under direct supervision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency in all tasks, and ensuring compliance with Philips policies and industry standards.
• Consults with colleagues and specialists to optimize sales support processes, assisting in implementation of territory business plans, contributing to the continuous improvement of team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Analyzes available sales data to determine optimal approaches for assignments, ensuring that all relevant factors are considered and that data-driven decisions enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Completes assignments by formulating instructions and task specifications, ensuring that all tasks are clearly defined and achievable within the given timeframe, and that resources are allocated efficiently.
• Provides informal support and guidance to less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them develop their skills, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Collaborates with other specialists to gain clarity on task requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of objectives and utilizing expert insights to refine and enhance task execution strategies.
• Ensures accurate documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions, including detailed records of transactions, inquiries, and follow-ups, to maintain a comprehensive database that supports efficient sales tracking and performance analysis.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent / MBA preferable

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Preferred Education:
MBA

Preferred Experience:
Min 5 years

Preferred Certification:
Certified LEAN Basic
