- Blade Production & Assembly  

- Quality Checking & Final Inspection  

- Finishing, Sanding, Painting  

- Packing and Dispatch Operations  

- Basic Machine Handling  

- Safety and Cleanliness Maintenance ---

Compensation:

- 💰 Monthly Stipend: ₹18,500 (including attendance bonus)  

- 🎁 Completion Bonus: ₹12,000 (after 1 year of service)

 Eligibility:

- ✅ Education: 12th / ITI / Diploma  & Any graduate

- ✅ Gender: Male & Female  

- ✅ Age: 18 – 26 Years  

- ✅ Height: Minimum 150 cm  

- ✅ Weight: Minimum 50 kg  

- ✅ Language: Basic Tamil (mandatory), English preferred  

- ✅ Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply
