Assessment - Service Delivery

1) Interacting with Colleges/Online Examination Centers/Schools to try and use their infrastructure for the conduct of Computer Based Exams on a pay and use model. 

2) Interact with Vendors deployed for Exam Centre booking to share booking requirements and negotiate commercials with them based on the specific requirements projects. 

3) Identify freelancers who can act as Server Managers/Exam Controllers for the conduct of Computer Based Exams run by L&T EduTech 

4) Train and certify resources to ensure that only resources capable of handing the technical and operational aspects of exams are deployed on ground. 

5) Manage the MIS for the Computer based exams conducted by EduTech and ensure proper documentation is available post exams to enable invoicing to the client. 

6) Develop deep expertise in L&T EduTech’s CBT product and ensure that it is benchmarked with other products in the market with constant inputs based on experience on ground. 

7) Coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure that the client’s requirements are met. 

8) Maintain quality of delivery and ensure all deliveries are achieved with a high level of integrity 

9) Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends in assessments space and monitoring competitors.
