• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, tracking payments, managing vendor/client transactions, and handling expense reports.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately entering financial transactions into databases, maintaining ledgers, and organizing physical/digital files.
• Reconciliation: Performing bank reconciliations and checking financial data for discrepancies.
• Reporting: Assisting with preparing financial statements, budget forecasts, and tax documents.
• Administrative Support: Answering calls, managing mail, filing, and supporting audits.
